According to Principal Component Analysis (PCA) has been determined that morphological variations were determined among the populations. Salmo platycephalus population in Seyhan River formed different cluster from S. trutta on the graphic. S. platycephalus living in Seyhan basin differ from S. trutta living in Ceyhan and Euphrates basin by the number of pyloric caeca, gill rakers, head depth and predorsal on outer side of first gill arch.
