During the study period, EPR were found to be generally low varying between 2.04±0.43 (20 October) and 19.41±1.73 eggs/female.day (26 March). The mean EPR was recorded 8.62±1.02 eggs/female.day. The results have shown that water temperature and chlorophyll-a concentration are factors that affect the EPR of A. clausi; however, these factors are not always sufficient alone to explain the EPR in Sinop Inner Harbor.
